MobiGa UG wins the SUCCESS 2023 competition organized by ISB Rhineland-Palatinate
At this year's SUCCESS awards ceremony held by Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB), MobiGa UG won second place as a successful innovative company with its mobile vertical gardens.
Mobile vertical gardens are a quick, self-sufficient, and ecologically sustainable way to enhance sealed surfaces. They improve the quality of life and help us adapt to climate change. Under the motto "SUCCESS – Ahead through Innovation," the Investment and Structure Bank of Rhineland-Palatinate (ISB), together with the Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture, and Viticulture, honors particularly innovative and already commercially successful products, processes, or technology-oriented services and sophisticated IT projects in Rhineland-Palatinate. The award ceremony took place on October 9, 2023, during a festive event in Mainz attended by high-ranking representatives from business and politics. This highly endowed prize is a special honor for the young company. We would like to express our special thanks to all the people, partners, companies, and sponsors who have supported us on our journey so far.
MobiGa UG, based in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, was only founded in July 2022 and has already achieved great success after just a few months. The innovative green seating furniture is particularly in demand from municipalities and cities that want to quickly and easily green heavily sealed areas. But schools and companies are also requesting MobiGa systems, whether as an oasis of well-being, an educational project, or to improve biodiversity. A new feature is that the systems can be optionally equipped with a high-pressure spray mist for additional air cooling.
The sustainable systems require little maintenance and care and consist of a stainless steel frame with ecologically impregnated pine wood paneling. They are easy to transport and can be rearranged by one person if necessary. A special feature is that rainwater is stored in an integrated water tank and used to automatically water the plants for up to six weeks. The current watering status can be checked via an app.
Customers include municipalities, cities, schools, companies, and event organizers. MobiGa systems are available for purchase or rent, either fully planted or as kits.
