  • For support inquiries, we use Freshdesk (Freshworks GmbH, Berlin). Data is stored exclusively on servers within the EU.

  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer service).

Your data will be deleted after processing is complete, unless legal retention obligations exist.

Newsletter
