🌱 General information
Where can I find the price list?
Our systems are customized and planted according to customer requirements. As material prices fluctuate greatly and rental prices also depend on the number of units, rental period, scope of service, and season, we will be happy to provide you with a non-binding quote. → [Contact us]
How long is the delivery time?
Purchasing systems: approx. 10–12 weeks (shorter for items in stock).
Rental systems: subject to current availability.
Do you offer care and maintenance services?
Yes, these are already included in the rental systems. They can be added to the purchase options. Further information can be found here.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, customized solutions are possible. However, these must be planned with us at an early stage.
🛠 Shelf life
How long do MobiGa systems last?
Stainless steel frame made of V2A: virtually unlimited durability (optional V4A for coastal regions).
Benches & paneling: FSC®-certified Kebony pine wood, highly durable, no after-treatment required.
Technology: Replacement of water pump & battery (T models) or drip hoses (S models) recommended after approx. 5 years.
How great is the risk of vandalism?
Our systems have been in place at many high-traffic locations since 2019, and vandalism damage is very rare.
Rental systems: minor damage (scratches, stickers, graffiti) is covered.
Optional: Insurance against major damage, including total loss. This is included in our service packages for rental and purchase options.
🚚 Transport, installation, and mobility
How are the systems delivered?
Delivery by freight forwarder with tail lift and pallet truck.
Rental systems: Installation service included.
Purchase systems: Installation service included. Detailed manual, video instructions, and tool bag are provided. Personal instruction is available as an option.

What are the requirements at the installation site?
Flat delivery area for pallet trucks.
The installation surface should be as level as possible (max. 5 cm height difference over 200 cm).
Model TW must be installed on a wall.
Please discuss any special circumstances with us in advance.

Do the systems need to be aligned according to compass direction?
All models: Plants should receive sufficient light (consider sunny and shady areas).
T models: Solar cell requires approx. 2–3 hours of sunlight per day.
Can a system be converted?
A few meters: simply move with a pallet truck.
Further transport: Empty the tank, replace the adjustable feet with transport feet.
Model TH: equipped with casters as standard.
Optional roller mounting also possible for T and S models.
🌿 Maintenance & Technology
How much care do the plants require?
Low maintenance thanks to perennial, winter-hardy plants.
Care depending on model: pruning (T) or trimming & pruning (S).
Fertilization: once a year with MobiGa slow-release fertilizer.
Recommendation: 2–3 maintenance cycles per season (approx. 15–45 min. per system).
How often does the water tank need to be refilled?
Tanks are mainly filled with rainwater.
After dry periods: Refilling required.
Range of a full tank: approx. 3–6 weeks (except model TH).
How often does the irrigation system need to be serviced?
Regular visual inspection (moisture test).
T models: additional monitoring via app possible.
Recommended maintenance: once a year before the growing season (filter cleaning, functional test) and once in the fall.
Time required: approx. 1–2 hours per system.
What else should be considered?
Depending on the location and use, regular visual inspections are necessary. In particular, waste and rubbish should be removed quickly.
After approximately 5 years, it is recommended that the plants be replaced. The irrigation system should also undergo comprehensive maintenance. This can be covered by a maintenance contract.
When does the substrate need to be replaced?
The peat-free high-performance substrate can be used for 5–10 years. You can refresh or replace it yourself, or we can do it for you if you want by placing a maintenance order.
Where can I find the maintenance manual?
The current manual is available inthe [download area]. You will receive the password upon delivery or upon request. Please have the serial number ready (you will find this on the frame of the MobiGa system).

Yes—from annual routine care to full service. Can be booked individually for rental and purchase systems. Contact us for more information.
